Lovely shot, the sky is fantastic.

We've both submitted "silhouetted trees in a field against a colourful sunset" shots on the same day.

I know when I saw yours I almost decided not to submit mine but I was so excited to post the image that I did anyway, but I guess it doesn't really matter. I was actually thinking a few days ago that I need to do more landscape images as opposed to waterscapes and you mentioned something similar in your last image as well.

Yes it is a cow. He seemed to be the leader of the herd of cows that were roaming around in the field that I was shooting in. He was always watching me when the rest of heard was preoccupied by either grazing or running away from me. I would have like to have him larger in the photo but I thought I had already put the herd through enough stress because when they saw me they ran away, so I wasn't about to try and approach them. They stood and watched me the whole time I was shooting, I thought it was kind of funny I guess they have never had a photographer come into their pasture before...hehe

That happens to me a lot with birds, they just stand still, which is odd for birds. D:
